Run from this company. We used them for 15 years always assuming the service was working in the background. We tested the alarm after a spate of break-ins in the neighborhood and found it was not reporting to the monitoring service or 911. We alerted them to the problem. The service technician came out and told us we needed to upgrade to the "newest" service and the system was not working because we hadn't upgraded. The company thought it was unreasonable for me to suggest that they might have told us we needed to upgrade. Not only did they blame us for the problem, they wanted to charge us 160
