Synergy Granite

Unfortunately, I would never work with this company again and cannot recommend them. A job that should have been a few weeks turned into months which then set the rest of my kitchen renovation back. It was issue after issue from day one and the customer service left me at my wits end and frustrated beyond belief. Measurements were wrong, installation was wrong, there were issues with the product itself, and there was damage to my walls. Every step of the way it was a battle. Updating my review. It's been TWELVE YEARS since Synergy installed our granite. Many companies wouldn't even still be in business!

My sink started to leak and I couldn't figure out exactly where it was coming from but it was a seam area.

I called Dimitri at Synergy and literally the next business day 2 men showed up and not only fixed everything but saw that we had another area that was starting to not look flush and they fixed it. They were at my house for around 75 minutes and worked professionally and were courteous.

I couldn't be happier with my new granite kitchen countertop. Synergy was so easy to work with, the price was really reasonable and the installation went smoothly. There were a few spots that needed attention that I noticed after the sealant dried, and they came back out the next day to address them. I recommend going to pick out your slab, it's hard to tell from the samples. Would definitely use this company again...thanks Synergy!

Great customer support. Sub contractor to Home Depot. Had a problem
with a piece of quartz that had been installed. Synergy made contact with me, no questions, recut a new piece and it was installed same day. How you deal with problems tells a lot. Very impressed!

We had a dishwasher leak that turned into a major kitchen remodel. The team at Synergy did such a great job with delivering on time and on budget. We LOVE our new kitchen, and their work is a big part of it.

Horrible experience! Could not install on the date promised due to lack of employees. Yes! They walked out! Had to wait another week. This should have told me to walk away. But i didn't. All down hill from there. The installer(a subcontractor)told us the marble countertops were sealed. Incorrect! He was supposed to seal them. I found this out by way of a stain forming within an hour of setting something on my counter. Michael at synergy sent an employee out to polish the stain out. We are on our third polishing and it is now scratched, stained, and has several marks from the polisher that was used

We wanted a certain name brand quartz product that is available at Home Depot and Lowe's, but Synergy said they could get it to us and installed about 3 weeks earlier than the big box stores and for less money. Once we placed our order and they had our money, communication and customer service went out the window.

First they cut the quartz wrong so our counters were only half installed on the date promised. Synergy told our contractor that they'd do the rest the following morning. Fine. So our contractor showed up at 8am the next day as they had asked him to and waited for 3 hours

My experience with them was much worse than a stereotypical experience with a used car salesperson. My rep was 1) Not educated 2) Pushed what he wanted and 3) Quoted ridiculous prices

Below is just part of an exchange with them. Note that I was leaning towards 2 cm Alpine.

Me: Why is Alaska lower than Alpine in 2cm, but higher in 3?

Synergy: I asked the same question. I guess it's like fish the market price can change depending on what materials they have on which day sometimes if they have an excess they will lower the price.

Shenoy (vendor): Absolutely untrue.

Horrible customer service. After almost a mounth we still have no counters. Finally we cancelled our order. Hopefully they follow through on this.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new Cambria Brittannica Quartz countertops. Sean was excellent and gave me an estimate quickly and then when it came time for actual measurement the actual total price ended up being a little less. I picked out the quartz myself and asked to have it cut in a specific direction. They did a fantastic job all for very reasonable price!

Very accommodating, work with you until it's just the way you want it. Marlene is the BEST.

We were actively looking for a good Granite Counters company to replace our kitchen and bathroom counters. We contacted Sean with Synergy Granite. Within a few days, Sean came to our house and educated us on granite counters. Sean was extremely helpful, honest and very knowledgeable of the products. He did not pressuring us to sign a contract. In fact, Sean recommended for us to visit a Granite warehouse so that we can actually see the real product. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They could not get measurements right and had to come back numerous times. They still never got it right. Avoid them like the plague. Very immature staff as well.

I had Granite and tile back-splash installed in May 2014 and was very impressed with the final product! The granite looked awesome and the tile back-splash was amazing. I was worried about the backslash since I read a review where the tile work was not so good. The tile installer Josh did an excellent job with no issues at all! Demetri and his team do a great job and I would recommend them to anyone! Plus their rate was lower than all the other bids we got. Often going with the lowest price is risky but in this case it worked out perfectly!

When it comes to countertops, these guys are excellent. Backsplash work, not so great. We discovered Synergy Granite from an ad in one of those ValuePak mailings you get like once a month in the mail. Checked the reviews on Yelp and said "let's go with these guys!" Our sales rep. and go-to guy was Robert but we did work with Demetri when it came to picking out the granite slab. Robert wasn't able to meet with us due to another customer call.

My wife and I wanted to look at granite and discuss it with various companies on a Saturday. Imagine my surprise when most of those were closed. Synergy was about fourth on my list and they were open but suggested we go to the granite yard which was closer to our house and then call them back. We went to the granite yard and gave the reference and Robert from Synergy just happened to be there. Robert could not have been nicer to deal with, he showed us around, shared some tips for selection and even gave us a rough estimate based on my measurements.

Synergy Granite gets an A+ in our book. They had quite a few granite selections at the granite yard. They were fast and friendly while demoing our old countertops and installing our new ones.

Their pricing was very competitive, too. For beautiful countertops that completely transform a room, give them a call.

Demetri and his staff are awesome! I was dreading our remodel because the thought of having our house "torn up" for a while was just not very appealing but Demetri and his staff came in and performed an outstanding job and were very clean! Left no mess at all and my kitchen and bathrooms look awesome and his father did an amazing job on our tile bar area. I've been in the interior design business for over 20 years and this company is professional and pays attention to detail.

I saw all the great reviews Synergy Granite had and hired them last month to install granite countertops in my home. "Big Rob" was SUPER helpful, easy to get ahold of with any questions, and easy to work with. The team was very fast and did an excellent job! They had to come back once to repair any filing/filling issues and this was done very quickly, easily, and without hassle. I would highly recommend them and I'll use them when it's time to do my bathroom counters!

Demetri installed the countertops in our kitchen in the fall of 2007 and we're very happy with the install. He's very responsive, paid great attention to detail, and his pricing was very fair.

He was also able to find us extra material for a bar/island we did a few months later and we were extremely pleased with the overall job (even my ever-meticulous wife approved).
