Never got a call back...so went with someone else..that was 35% off price than other local places.so pretty much this place was a waste of time.
I bumped it up to 3 stars since they did reach out on this review and want to determine what the issues were..
Called twice on Nov 8 from location in saginaw since they were so close to the area i thought would be great but no answer so left messages both times and had no call backs. I have in call history but won't let me post pic in my reply..

We have used Ronnies to fix a the track and repair a 60 year old slider door that was frozen. Now the door works from a gentle push with one finger! So when we needed our commercial glass door in our 75 year old building re-hung we didn’t hesitate to call. The frame of this old door is out of square and 1/4†smaller than what is now standard but Ronnie made it work and it shuts smoothly and tight! Called and spoke with Nicole about a possible service visit for repairs to secure door to home. As we discussed date and issues, she asked for a picture of the door. (I'm assuming Ronnie) was able to look at the picture and assess my problem. As a DIY lover I was able to follow the tips given and fix door. If Ronnie's 24 hr Glass & Door can eye ball a picture and know what's wrong with a door I HIGHLY recommend!!! Kudos too this company for superior service and being about more than just the $ bill.

At the onset of the snow storm in February, our building was broken in to, resulting in a broken window. We needed it fixed ASAP because of the ice and snow that was expected to fall the rest of the week. No glass companies except for Ronnie’s were willing to face the weather and repair our window. They were fast, responsive, and their price was great. And our window is good as new! We had a great experience with them, and I would definitely recommend them.

5 STARS! I originally chose Ronnie's due to their fantastic Google reviews and I was not disappointed! They replaced the window in my door in under 15 minutes and then went above and beyond by doing little things without mentioning it like closing my gate for me and adjusting my door where it was catching on the frame. Doing little things without even pointing them out to me just to be genuinely nice - I can't thank them enough! I am super impressed and will be recommending all my neighbors/friends to use Ronnie's!

Ronnie and his crew were so very helpful to replace a broken window that we noticed during our move out. They were very accommodating throughout the process and didn't charge a ridiculous "service call" fee just to come measure the window. They also exceeded my expectations with their pricing! I have never before needed a "window guy" but Ronnie's will be my "guy" moving forward! I hope I never need you again, Ronnie but you will be the first I call if I do!

Ronnie offered great workmanship and prompt service! I was extremely pleased with his work! The new window he replaced actually cracked during his installation of it (I wouldn't have even noticed it without him telling me - it was a small crack at the bottom corner) he said he needed to order another one and could come out the following week to… replace the cracked one once he got the new one in. I actually told him not to worry about it because it was so small and unnoticeable but he insisted stating it was his fault and he had to fix his mistake.

Ronnie was great. The front door broke at my business and after calling several of the bigger companies and being told I would be charged overtime rates b/c it was 6pm I contacted Ronnie’s. He arrived w/ in 30 minutes, did fast excellent work, was professional and charged a reasonable rate. I highly recommend!
