While going through the refinance process for my house, the lender asked to have a roof inspection done to continue the process. Despite our repeated requests for clarification, the lender could not specify if we needed a roofer or a house inspector to complete the inspection.

They helped me build a kitchen ventilation system above the ceiling with a roof cap installed. I have contacted multiple "highest ranked" local roof companies for the project.Some came to my house gave me a quote then disappeared ; some show up for service but tell me they unable do the job even though their sales person already came to my house twice to confirm the project. Finally I found Houser and Jeff. They deserve 5 stars.

Jeff and his crew were incredible! They did a awesome job on my chimney which was leaking. Once they finished it was truely tested with 5in of rain and wind. Not one drop of water entered our home. Couldnt be happier with their work and professional work. Will recommend to everybody I know. I'd give them more than 5 stars if it was an option.

Highly recommend Houser Roofing service! After having a week of straight rain in the Houston area, we found out we had a leak not only in our fireplace, but also on the roof. The damage on the roof caused a leaked into the attic. Over time, this caused partial damage to the an area of ceiling. Jeff Kent was our Roof Specialist and walked us step by step what was damaged and how the damage had occurred. He was honest, and we appreciated that!

As a single mother that really doesn’t know anything about roofs, Jeff took time to explain it all to me and was honest about it all. He told me what all was done when the builders built my house and what should’ve been done instead. He gave me a price and he showed up with his entire crew on the day that he said he would. I just loved his personality and his sense of humor. They will definitely be my go to roofers from now on.

My roof was long over due for replacement. Jeff Kent came out and inspected it and provided an estimate to replace the entire roof that beat three other estimates that I received prior to his. His crew arrived on time and in less than 8 hours removed the existing roof and installed a beautiful new one. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with the work.

Highly recommend Houser Roofing! Jeff Kent was the Roof Specialist for our job and he was very knowledgeable, professional and precise in his job. We had hail damage and he was patient and helpful in our dealings with our insurance company. He was there to meet with our insurance inspector both times when they had to come out for inspection. He takes great care of his customers.
The Project Manager over the roofers was also helpful and completed the job in a timely manner. Not one issue from beginning to end!

I met the owner Dustin one day early summer 2013 when he was working in my neighborhood replacing roofs a couple of blocks from my house. There was a hail storm passed through Houston in April 2013 and damaged roofs in my area. He offered to check my roof for the hail damages for free and I agreed. He spent about 15 minutes on my roof inspecting everything and told me that there were obvious hail damages to my roof. I filed a home owners insurance claim based on that assessment.
