We used O'Bannon after trying to contact another plumber in our area who was not responsive. O'Bannon came out immediately, found the pipe had collapsed, and ultimately replaced our sewer line to the street. We had to wait a couple of months for the City of Chicago to fix their issue before O'Bannon could come back out and fix ours. Once they were able to proceed, they came out right away to finish the job. They were friendly, responsive, and knew what they were doing. I'll not use another company for my plumbing and sewer issues. They were absolutely the best!

These guys were beyond amazing. We had been dealing with interrelated drain clogs and sewage line issues repeatedly over the years so I finally contracted them after trying all other fixes, large and small. They brought a full team to tackle every problem drain, recommended a maintenance plan for our future remodel, cleaned the bathroom tub, laundry room and kitchen floor of any mess, and even removed a garbage disposal that was causing more damage. I was referred to O'Bannon by a company that did not service the W Englewood area. The team was more reliable than others during busy summer season. They did a visit next day and returned for repair within the week. Went above and beyond by predicting issues and taking care of even more snags than anticipated. Mr. Garcia was supposed to come to out my house on June 14, 2021 at 1:00pm. After a hour of no show, I decided to called O’Bannon Plumbing.
The person I spoke with said he would reach out to Mr. Garcia and have him call me.
Mr. Garcia called me and stated that he forgot he was scheduled to come out.

We were faced with a plumbing emergency on a Friday afternoon dealing with an ejector pump. O'Bannon Plumbing came out in 15 minutes and stabilized the situation until the necessary repairs could be made the following day.
