Over time as essential minerals are leeched from your pool and chemicals are added, your pool water becomes harder and hard to balance. Chemicals, dirt and mold can build up on your surfaces making your pool look dingy or feel gritty or slick. A pool drain and acid wash every few years is the absolute best way to keep your pool water healthy and your surfaces looking great.
Get healthier pool water - 10-20lbs of dirt and gunk will no longer be in your swimming pools circulatory system. Your pool water will no longer be pumped through this gunk. Also, you will be at less risk of algae outbreaks. Prolong the life of your filter pump motor - less resistance from the filter means it can do its job of moving your pool water more easily.

I have only been using them for a short time , but so far so good. Very friendly. I like the convenience of doing everything online and receiving a weekly picture of our pool. I can see why they rate so well.
Update: Have been using them for a couple of years now for our rental home. I can't tell you you how happy we've been with them. Professional, honest, and the pool always looks fantastic! Very highly recommended!

We are so happy we found this pool company from our neighbors! We love them so much we had them take over all our rental properties. They are incredibly reliable with weekly service and leave your pool looking so incredibly clean. They are completely professional and they send you a weekly report detailing the ph/pictures/ and status of your pool. I needed a repair on one of the pool timers for a tenant of mine and they got it taken care of ASAP. I was sooo impressed! I've used Honest Pool care's weekly residential service for 3 years now. They have kept my pool in great shape and limited my costs of owning a pool. They have taken great care of my pool, we had some issues that were not their fault. They went above and beyond to take care of it and fix it. They are very helpful, honest and care about their customers! I have tried several other pool companies and had many unnecessary expenses. These people have always done a pretty good job taking care of our pool and do leave it sparkling. My only complaint is that we had a substitute cleaner (not the guy who usually comes each week) and we saw him urinate in our pool area on our security footage before he finished the job. We were upset and the owner did offer to clean it himself (did not offer a professional human waste cleanup), but we were really looking for a more professional approach.

I had an immediate need when our pool pump wouldn’t prime after we refilled our pool. I didn’t want it to turn colors while we waited for repair. My neighbor recommended Honest Pool Care, so I called and the owner came out the same day. It turned out we needed some new plumbing because ours was old and leaking. The repairs were completed within a couple of days. We were so happy with the service that we signed up for weekly maintenance several months ago, and we have been very satisfied ever since.

I am SO impressed with Honest Pool Care. They were responsive, professional, and true to their name -- honest! I worked with Chris and Charlie. They answered all of my questions, gave me the good, the bad, and the ugly (my pool was a swamp, I swear to god I was waiting for the monster from the black lagoon to crawl out of it). They did everything they told me they would and in the timeframe they gave me. I urge you to work with them, I will be recommending them to everyone and continue to give them my business!

Chris and his guys are the best pool group that I've come across asa property manager in years. This guy can put in a heater in your pool in five hours and you could be in Europe-too. The best clean care , photograph , updates , and always available on phone. Chris is the owner and Will talk you through anything you need

Everyone I've interacted with at Honest Pool Care has been very knowledgable and friendly. The owner is great and very honest and informative when giving repair estimates; the two-person cleaning team that comes to my house weekly are very good, quick, and friendly. These guys are great! Their techs come every week and do a great job and I promptly get an emailed report showing me what was done and that the service was completed. They were even able to lower my electric bill by installing more energy efficient equipment.

Honest pool care has been fantastic. They service two of my houses and each pool is always on point. Communicating with them has always been easy. I had to go through several other companies before finding honest pool care. It's awesome to simply never have to think about my pool. They've also made sure after things like dust storms that they double down to restore the pools right away. Very awesome!

I bought a house with a pool last year and had no idea what I was doing. My pool system had some age to it and had a Frankenstein return going on and Mark came out and did his best to get everything working properly. After spending all day out in the sun trying to get the return properly plumped back in without success he found a work around and only charged me for 2hrs of his time when he easily spent 8+, because as he said that was the "honest" thing to do.

I own a house in Tempe, and my house is currently up for sale while I live out of state pursuing a new opportunity. Unable to take care of the pool myself now being away, I found Mark on Yelp actually and gave him a call after seeing his Yelp deal and positive reviews.
All in all, I was completely impressed by Mark and his service. Hiring any service remotely is tricky, but Mark made it a breeze with excellent communication. I specifically asked that he keep me updated via text since that's best for me, and on each visit to clean my pool, he texted comments and sent pictures from my pool
