Susan runs the cleaning side of things for Dirt and Dust she has been cleaning for 5 years her eye for detail can't be matched, she is exceptional at listening to your needs and understanding your wants and giving you the best value for your money.

Dave handles the Maintenance part of the company he is a licensed Michigan builder He has had his license for over 20 years, he has built new homes done remodeling and also he has worked for many investors fixing their properties to resell or rent.

After a couple of months we decided to open one company and run it together providing excellent service to our clients that go above and beyond there expectations, we are excited about our new business and soon we will be adding property management for investors we will be able to handle it all for you from renting, collecting payments, maintenance, to cleaning we will be able to handle everything for you no more finding a contractor cleaning service and management company and dealing with 3 different people you will be able to deal with just 1 person.
