We stopped in and found a tile we liked for our Master Bedroom. Was told install would be Wednesday the next week between 10-12 arrival. They never showed, and nobody called, so we called them at 1PM. The manager had no idea that his installers were not there. We were told to expect them on Thursday, again a no show and the manager had no idea. On… Friday, it was the same story, and now they wanted to come during the Memorial Day weekend. Short story, they overbooked, the manager had no clue where his people are or what they are doing, and there was zero communication.

I had to have my floors redone after Hurricane Harvey. From the initial phone call, to the consultation, the floor install and the follow up once they were finished, the service provided by this team is outstanding. My floors are amazing and get compliments anytime someone comes over. We used this company 5 years ago and could not have been more happy with the product or the service. The same can not be said for our most recent experience. The contractors that were used did sloppy work. Poor craftsmanship. They were late showing up everyday. We were told it would be a 2 day install and it ended up being a 4 1/2 day install. There were no apologies from the company. I would not use them ever again. Too many other quality companies who use professional contractors.

Tonya and Jason at the Magnolia location were great to work with! We had a big job of tearing out 2,000 sq.ft. of tile and then install vinyl wood flooring. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Installers Jose and Leonardo (I think 😬) got everything done in 4 days! It was a very stress free process.

We recently had All Floors & More install luxury vinyl wood floors in our master bedroom and closets and I’m over the moon with how everything turned out. Charlton did a great job with his crew and was super friendly and I can’t say enough amazing things about Jaquie’s help with selection and on point communication. Our floors are now waterproof… and completely scratch resistant, which is 100% needed with our large doodle dogs and kids! Not to mention a lifetime warranty. You can’t beat their pricing and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!!!

This has to be the worst experience my husband and I have lived through with a contractor of any kind. They insisted we leave our home for the work to be done. They were negligent in their installation of new… tile in the first story of my home. They installed in excess of 60 damaged/chipped tiles, which we gave them the opportunity to replace. They colored the chips with black marker to try to hide them. This comes up with regular mopping and cleaning. Love this flooring. We enclosed 1200 sq ft deck area. Poured a slab, etc. The installers were in and out in a day and a half. They cleaned up every step of the way, removed the trash... Completed. Very professional. More than I can say for my contractor. I definitely recommend this company and especially the installers. Also the sales person Harrison was very knowledgeable, professional and communicative.

6 months ago we had new LVT floors put down in our house, I decided to give the floors a few months of real world use before I wrote the review. First, Chris was patient and helpful as we tried to decide which floor looked best in our house (we probably brought home samples of everything he sells). Next, the installer, Shane, was knowledgeable, helpful and did a fantastic job putting the floor in and cleaning up after he was finished. Finally, the floor has held up to our daily traffic and preformed better than we could have hoped for. I have no problem recommending them.

All Floors and More installed 1,700 square feet of engineered hardwoods from Hill Country Innovations in May of 2016 in our home. Their installation crew did a very good job on the installation. We have had some problems with the finish on the floors peeling in our kitchen area starting in December of last year. Hill Country Innovations refused a warranty claim (50 year warranty) because they stated that flooring in a kitchen area could be subject to excessive moisture. The testing report from their inspectors stated that there was no signs of excessive moisture when thy performed the test in
