Our Lowe's warranty contracted with Chris to repair our Samsung dryer that had broken. Chris contacted us by email over the weekend and diagnosed the problem. I explained that we really needed our dryer working since we have a lot of kids and had tons of laundry.
He ordered the parts needed and had them sent overnight and had our dryer fixed by Wednesday! He was very nice, helpful and professional and we would definitely call him again!
