I use them for the very first time. They did a GREAT FIRST VISIT to our pool. Spent over 20 minutes taking care of it. The FIRST VISIT WAS FREE can't ask for more than that. Closed the screen door behind them without being told to do so as other companies like to leave it open for animals to crawl in.
Can't wait to see them for their next visit to see how much time they spend there..

Sweetwater Pool services is the absolute WORST pool service company in Naples. Rude staff and technicians that fail to show up for scheduled cleanings. No oversight of the techs and they do a deplorable job. High technician turnover as they take on too many pools and are under staffed. When you call to complain it is always one excuse after another and the people who take your calls are just flat out unhelpful and rude.

Sweetwater Pools is a very reliable company and the technicians are always friendly and respectful. However due to increasing economic demands I will be canceling my service and maintaining my pool myself. Will save $130 per month for a few minutes of my time every week.
Edit: Tested the pH right after technicians last visit and pH greater than 8.5. Not sure what chemicals were put in over the time they cleaned the pool but I had to correct the pH back to range. I would suggest that the company do some spot checks to make sure that the technicians are doing the job correctly. Again the technicians

I was very unhappy with my prior pool service. The walls were green my spa was dry and generally after 2 years of good service they went downhill big time. I called Sweetwater and Dave Dersch answered the phone. After I spoke with him asking numerous questions I felt better. He sent a technician over to my home the next day, diagnosed and fixed everything all very reasonably and quickly. The way he spoke to me and the way I was treated then and anytime I call now is the way all businesses should treat their customers/clients. I have faith again in my new Pool Service company Sweetwater Pools and

Love love Love these folks. Professional but genuinely helpful in trying to locate problems and fix them without gouging you. Located and installed a new pump which works perfectly and has warranty. The technician did a very good job cleaning the pool, however, the company made unauthorized charges to our credit card (210) for supposedly a new filter (that we were never told about) and a service trip (which we were would not be an extra cost) and an algicide service we were not told about when signing up. Filter they replaced was brand new. When we called them, the owner refused to refund the 210 and the 25. After about an hour on the phone, he agreed to refund the 210 but said they would not finish the monthly service we already paid for and said he did not want to work with "people like

Best Pool Company!!! Always on time, when needing a repair, no need to wait weeks for it to be serviced. The techs and repair techs are amazing and get the job done correctly. My pool kept turning on and off at random times even though my timer was working properly. Sweetwater’s staff was able to pin point the issue and replace my four function timer within 24 hours of giving them a call! The repair technicians were very helpful and professional. Definitely going to call again if I have any issues, they’re such a pleasure to work with! Thank you guys again

We got down from our northern for the season down in Southwest Florida. Upon arrival we found out our pool heater was not working. We were going to have a lot of family coming over the next day. I called Sweetwater Pool service and they were able to quote us a heater which was very competitively priced. They were also able to install it the next day which allowed us to use for that weekend. I would highly recommend service for any service or repairs.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Can't say enough good things about Sweetwater Pools and all their staff! We have been coming to Naples for years but just became permanent residents in 2019. Have a new pool, and asked friends and neighbors for a recommendation for pool service. Three out of four said they were extremely happy with Sweetwater. Boy, were they right! The pool always looks wonderful, thanks to Jimmy-always efficient and always smiling.

If there was an option to give zero stars, then I would. I found this company to be very difficult to work with. They did an initial evaluation of the work and said that they could take it on. They proceeded with the work, charged my credit card several hundred dollars, and then fired me as a customer without any warning. They did not provide any invoices for the work until I requested them. I can not recommend this company. Very poor customer service.

I would not use this company ever!!!!!!
They installed a pool heater for me and it started leaking after
28 days and they refused to come and fix it.
There excuse was some body steeped on it to make it leak.
That is bull, you could not step on it if you wanted to.
He also stated they do not service my area, which would have been
nice to know before I gave them the order.
Do yourself a favor and use somebody else.

I have used Sweetwater Pool Service for a little over a year, and my pool has never looked better. I was so impressed with their service that I have them taking care of the pool at our 2nd home. Everything is always fully communicated. I know when they will be there, they are always there when they say, and if my normal tech isn't available or my service gets moved to another day of the week, I'm always notified. I recommend this company to friends as finding a good pool service can be a challenge (see my review of Jeff Wilson Pool Service). Any repairs are also fully communicated with

They say they come and clean the pool and you will be charged for it, however many times they do not come. Then, when you call they do not believe you. I was here two fuel days and the pool guy claimed he came both times. His numbers were off on the chlorine and PH that they log. Also, the pool was still a mess. They are not honest!

I would not recommend this contractor and suggest you stay away. Sweetwater Pool Service made a mistake in communicating their cost setting false expectations on my end putting me in a corner, forcing me to decide to work with them as they had my credit card on file.
Here is what happened: and as told that it would cost me $85 for someone to go to my house and give me a diagnosis on what was wrong with the pool. Their staff called me back to get a credit card before this person drives up to the house. Which was fine and I gave them my card number.
