They used to have an employee named Ray, who was polite and did a great job with our pool. He always cleaned it, checked the chemicals and put water in if it was low.
The first day the new guy comes, he just shows up at the back yard and of course my dog barks at him because he doesn't know him. I heard him yelling at my dog! Hello... you could've came to the front door and introduced yourself...
So I grabbed my 8 pound dog and put her in the house. I go back outside 2 minutes later, and he's gone already! My pool water wasn't topped off, he didn't check the chemicals

Jim came out and helped me figure out my pool situation. Very friendly and professional. Gave me a great deal too. I met the owner a while back as well, nice guy. I'd recommend them.
