I've had a great experience with NPL this past year or so. On time, every time. Great service. I switched from one of the "big boys" because I never could get a straight answer, and had a different person 2-3 times a year. Sometimes smaller is better. Now I see the owner every week and get the service and answers I need about my pool service.
