I was looking for a roofer because a tile had fallen from my garage roof. I contacted three companies for quotes and Integrity was the only one that used photos I took for an initial quote. Jamin also came out to do an actual inspection and in addition, he did a overall inspection of my roof as well and provided photos along with the quote to make some other minor repairs & maintenance. His quote was very reasonable and we scheduled a day and time a few weeks out. His worker arrived on time, and performed the agreed upon work. The one thing was that he couldn't find was one grooved

Well, add my experience to the long list of favorable reviews. We heard a dripping in our chimney during the last rainstorm. I called Integrity Roofing Systems and left a message. I received a return call within an hour and set up appointment two weeks out. I got a call an hour before Jamin arrived to give me a heads up that he would be here about 2:00pm. Jamin arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. 45 minutes later the repair was done for a very reasonable fee. Had a leak in my garage and jamin came by to check it out. After his inspection he explained that the leak was not caused by the roof but by some untreated trim around the bedroom window. This is a testament to his honesty.

I called regarding a broken tile that Tesla had broken while recently installing solar panels. Tesla had done a final walkthrough after installations and sent a drone to inspect the installation and informed me that a tile was broken and slid down 6 inches or so.

Contacted Integrity Roofing Systems along with about eight others for a quote. The nine that we interviewed in total was after intense research of ensuring that they had to have good presence on the internet via different social media platforms, that they are licensed, insured and bonded, been in business for a number of years, has good rating on BBB and etc. you get the picture.
In retrospect, while we did interview many only half of those actually responded back with a quote in 24 hours-48 hours. Others took a few days and some never got back to us and that was after we weeded out folks. Cost

I asked Jamin @ Integrity Roofing for a quote for some general repairs and installation of ridge vents on my home in Livermore. I had received multiple quotes so I was quickly able to ascertain that his quote was more than reasonable. He's responsive and honest about the work they do/don't do which I appreciated. I am absolutely not handy and had no idea what was wrong with my roof. To be precautious I called a number of guys for an estimate and they gave me solutions ranging from replacing an entire section of my roof to replacing the underlying area. Jamin on the other hand walks in finds the exact location of leak and puts in a temporary fix even before he gave me an estimate. i opted to get the permanent fix done for peace of mind but also cause I knew Jamin would do a great job and have my back if anything went wrong. We had just moved into a home which had an old leak that required repairing before the rainy season. Jamin came to look at our roof and was super thorough in explaining to us what the issue was and what was causing it.
Despite scheduling challenges due to covid, he was able to send his crew over to fix our roof before an upcoming storm. They were quick, professional, and provided us with pictures and videos of the roof.

I want to personally thank Jamin Broom owner of Integrity Roofing who helped me when I had another roofing company put on an IB PVC roofing system and did NOT seal it properly. We had rain pouring into our home on the first rain and that roofer went out of business no where to be found and I was not his only customer who had this happen to them! Sadly I ran into other roofing companies who didn't want to fix someone else's work (specifically PVC roofing). I was referred this roofing company by my electrician. We've been transforming our detached garage into a home gym and one of the key components here was getting our roof looked at for either a fix or a complete replacement. We unfortunately have a flat roof home so its crucial to make sure there are no leaks or pooling water through the rainy seasons. I set up an appointment with Jamin to come take a look at our job. Jamin and the Integrity Roofing team were recommended by our solar system provider (NorthStar Solar). We had spoken with other roofing providers and Integrity Roofing were able to work out a solution that met our specific needs (we have an old tile roof with no underlayment or plywood -- tiles laid directly on the rafters). They found a cost effective solution that allowed us to get a solar system installed without having to spend a fortune.

I contracted Jamin from Integrity Roofing System a few months back as there was roof repair needed from wind damage. He was super responsive and extremely polite. He scheduled the repair just a few days out and in case it rains, he even put a tarp on the roof for temporary protection. And yes he did a fantastic repair!
Then just yesterday I thought there might some roof damage and I called him hoping he come urgently. He said he's coming right away, checked out everything and confirmed it's not the roof (sent me a video as well of when he was up there). Didn't charge me a dime
