Six stars if I could. I contacted Monarch Painters for interior painting of everything except the ceiling. Cesar and Alonso have great communication and you can tell they are honest, hardworking people. The estimate was very fair and the final work was impressive. They prep very well so the paint lines are very clean and the house was not dirtied and they clean up well after the job is done. They are also very respectful of your home-- they even brought my packages inside including a heavy 9 piece patio set. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a really good experience with these folks. They knew what they were doing, asked all the right questions. They did some repair work which was really helpful, and the prep work was great. The end product was excellent. The price was fair and they started and finished the job as promised (except for a rain delay which obviously wasn't their fault). They were careful with the landscaping and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.Plus, they were pleasant to deal with and it was clear the team members enjoyed working together.

This family owned painting business is top notch. From the start Alonso provided a fair quote. He communicated well and answered every question. He booked a date to paint quite a few months in advance and even with the COVID crisis, he still followed through. Caesar was the painter that I met to discuss colors. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and quite helpful. With the exchange of a key for the duration of the project and full trust, he delivered a beautifully painted condo ahead of schedule. We hired Monarch Painters to paint all new inside walls, doors, trims, and wood ceiling after a major remodel on the house. As most of the readers know, working with General Contractors is a nightmare, and I was in hands of a very incompetent one... So, towards the end of the remodel, I had to outsource workers to complete the job if I couldn't do it myself. Luckily, I found Monarch Painters, very good and honest workers.
I remember interviewing 3 or 4 painters, and Cesar was the ONLY ONE that took notes of the work that needed to be done, which I am sure helped him develop an accurate quote

We hired Monarch to resurface (from popcorn to smooth finish) all the walls in our house and paint them. They did a fantastic job at it. They were great at paying attention to details, and redoing areas if we were not happy. They were also very helpful in making recommendations for paint types for the areas. Everything was exactly as needed. They understood exactly what I needed, gave good recommendations, the bid was super reasonable, and more importantly, all painting was done on time and with exactly the level of quality I wanted (or more). - Completed the job quickly (five days for single story ~1500 sq ft);
- Were prepared to get someone to do some exterior woodwork/repair as part of prep for the job (though we didn't end up using this);
- Helped me sort out some other small things I really should have completed before they arrived; and
- Did a good job. I really like how the house looks now!

Alonso and Cesar, my two contacts on the project, were friendly throughout the process. They expressed an eagerness to respond to my concerns; however, that eagerness did not result in a proper paint job.
The prep work wasn't completed correctly before the crew sprayed a first coat of paint. Areas were left improperly sanded, parts of the house were never washed, and I still haven't figured out what they did to the eaves, where large bubbles have formed under the paint they rushed to put on.
After a month of trying to get the job

Jaime and his crew did a really great job on the exterior of my house. They were extremely hard workers and took great care to protect my property every step of the way. Before they were completely done, they made a point to ask me to tag anything that I noticed requiring touch up, clean up, etc. so they were very conscientious and considerate. My house looks great!

I had requested a quote from Monarch Painters, they said they would be out on 2/18/19 @ 10 am. They were prompt. He came in and I showed him what I wanted done he lookrd around took my email address and said I'll send to you later. Today has been three days and still no email or phone call. I even contacted the owner and he apologized and I sent him my email still no word. If they thought that the job wasn't big enough for them they could have said so and no hard feelings I would have looked elsewhere. They just stopped talking without any reason. That doesn't show good work pratice

Cesar from Monarch Painting managed the painting of my shop and his team did a beautiful job! They squeezed my job in over a holiday weekend, working afternoons and weekends to complete my job. They went above and beyond in their craftsmanship. It turned out beautiful! They also cleaned up after their job and left my shop cleaner than when they started their work. This is my first home and I wanted everything perfect. I changed my mind couple of times on the colors and how I wanted the wall to be painted, but Cesar is a very friendly, patient, and so easy to work with that he always gave quick response to any request or questions I had. He came for the estimate on Saturday and scheduled next Friday for doing the job. The project took only 1.5 days as promised. The price was good, the service was fast, and the result was great. I love the refreshing look of my place, thanks to Cesar and his dad. I would recommend Monarch Painters to anyone who is looking
