Jax Locksmith Shop

Bought used car but needed second key fob. Jax Lock Shop ordered the necessary one for me and cheaper than one quoted by dealership. Unfortunately the fob could only be programmed by the dealer, but they couldn’t cut the key! Jax Lock Shop did it for me as a courtesy - and immediately! This IS the first and last place you will ever need to call for any locksmith services ! After a local ( orange park ) locksmith "service" sent out a guy to fix my problem he told me that it is not in his scope of work and that I needed a new ignition switch..Same thing the dealership told me. Jax Locksmith came out to my house on a Sunday and a hour later had 100% resolved the issue and for a very reasonable price !!
My key was broke off way deep in the ignition switch. You couldn't even see it. He extracted my broken key and made me a new chip key and door key..... I should have just called

He was extremely helpful and professional. I needed a chip car key copy made. I compared his price with Ace hardware. His price was $70 less. He arrived promptly and was very diligent in working with my car. I was very satisfied. I had an issue the next day and he saw me right away. The issue was a fuse and nothing to do with the actual new key. He switched the fuse and issue solved. He went well above and beyond to help me. Highly recommended!!A+++ service

This is an amazing shop! Jeff helped me out when I had no where else to turn. My key fob broke a while back so I've been down to a spare key. I tired other locksmiths and even Ace hardware and no one could help. Jeff programed my new key in less than 10 mins. No hassle! They are very professional and knows there stuff. If I had to go back I would.

First of all i don't like going to places like this without my husband. However the guy who i dont have his name ( he forgot his bday) was extremely helpful explained everything and was so nice!! He had to leave but Ben took over where he left off and service was the same!!! He checked several things to rule out first then got me a new keyfob!!! I will definitely be returning! Price was wayyyyyyy better than dealership. 13 dodge ram black.

I locked my keys in my car, and after I called they arrived very quickly! He was very quick to unlock my car and didn’t do any damage. He also made me a replacement key and all at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of a lockout service.

Showed up 40 minutes before closing time, the lights were on, the open sign was on, and the TV was on, but the door was locked. So I called the number and was told that "we left early" by a nearly impossible to understand voice. I can understand closing early but if you leave all your lights on and your TV on and advertise that you are open until 9 pm why act surprised when someone calls you from the shop wondering where you are.
