Florida Mechanical Air Conditioning has been serving Broward, West Palm Beach and Miami Dade counties for over 25 years. Lee and Collier counties were added to our coverage area about 9 years ago. The services we offer are: residential and commercial service, replacements and new installations including duct work, design, etc.
Commercial air conditioning systems include rooftop package units and split systems both air and water cooled. These systems require more maintenance than residential systems and service personnel with experience on commercial systems. We install and service commercial systems from 5 to 500 tons. Some systems are water cooled using a cooling tower to extract heat rather than an air cooled fan powered condensing unit.
