Coastal Comfort Inc is getting worse every day.
Today the technician tried to slip one extra hour in the invoice, Also, he left the job for around an hour and charge me for that as well, nothing about that hour is shown on the invoice, The invoice is a bulk sum and is not detail price on the job done.
The technician called to explain the extra hour, which I did no accepted, and when I ask for the hour that he left and the charge for that hour, he just said "I am doing you afavor", but no real explanation was given, again I did not accept his explanation and he called me a...hole.
