BUYER BEWARE. This is not the same company we used successfully last year. Echo seems to have been sold, and these stooges have no idea what they're doing. They came out and charged us for Freon & service that did not fix our problem. When they came back, their techs stepped all over the ducts, which were in working order, and crushed them. They pretended to fix one duct, but they didn't even measure the piece correctly and the short duct simply came off under the pressure it was stretched so far. This is NOT the same Echo of 2020. Echo sold their company some time after October of 2020, and the new company is NOT the same. They came out and charged us to do a half-assed job and when they returned to "fix" it, they trampled all over the ducts costing us thousands more dollars to fix. With each visit, they create more problems than they fix. Management refuses to return calls. Not one single call. Try Cousins.

My wife and I contacted Echo almost two years ago to have our undersized A/C changed out. Took us a while to make a decision, but when we decided to finally do the work this month, we remembered Echo... And they remembered us!! Matt actually remembered our neighborhood and the company I work for, which was impressive by itself. Matt has been incredibly attentive and accessible and helped me develop the best plan possible. Once we signed, the crew was phenomenal! Richie, John, Paul and Damien (I think, sorry I don't remember the fourth tech's name) were very professional and friendly.
