Our windows were more than 30 years old and it was time to upgrade them. I contacted four companies to come in, explain the process and give us a quote, and “Clear Concepts Windows and Doors” was the winner. David is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the windows energy efficiency and savings, the installation process and timelines, and also helped us with product selection. The installation was done professionally and shorter than estimated time.
We are happy with their work and now our house looks great and feels like we are living in a new house.

I was on the hunt for a door handle for my sliding glass door that was installed 6 years ago. They went thru all their stock items and found just the right handle for my door which they gave to me without charge. I say this is a business that goes above and beyond the norm. We just had all of the windows in our 2 story house replaced by Clear Concepts. They replaced all of the original single pane windows and what a difference on the inside and outside. We decided to go with the Vinyl retrofit. Two of the other vendors were pushing new construction. The retrofits look great ! The job took 2 days to install the 19 wndows in our house. We had interviewed 4 contractors and decided to go with Clear Concepts. Pamela, our salesperson was very knowledgeable, personable and not aggressive at all, very responsive when we had questions. Our next door neighbor used Clear Concepts

Fast, Affordable, Friendly, and Great customer service. What else would you want? These guys are on point with their scheduling, able to give you price estimate on the same day, will let you know if there is any delay, always picks up the phone, fast and professional work, and competitive price. I had my patio door replaced in only 2 hours of installation. I will definitely recommend this company to all. Don't shop anywhere else guys.

Clear Concepts did an amazing job from square one! I initially thought I would only be able to afford the PlyGem windows, but with the competitive pricing I was offered by David at Clear Concepts, I was ultimately able to afford the Milguard windows. I was extremely impressed from the initial meeting, all the way through the installation. They provided friendly and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Clear Concepts Window & Door to anyone in the market for new windows or doors!

We recently had all of our windows and sliders replaced by Clear Concepts. We were very impressed with David King from our first meeting. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good information that helped us select our replacement windows and sliders. His quote was also very competitive.
Installers are employed by Clear Concepts (not random sub-contractor). Crew was very professional and did excellent work. Attention to detail and cleaned up was also outstanding.
