If I could give them 0 stars I would! Do not hire this company for ANYTHING! They are underhanded, flat out thieves and do not deliver even close to what they say they will. You may as well rent a truck go and hire 3 people off the street because that is EXACTLY what they do and then they take payment In cash AND unlawfully charge your credit card that used to make the 100 deposit they tried to charge the card for over $1200 before the job was done when they KNEW we were paying cash because of their extra 5% if you pay with a card. That charge was rejected so then they charged $999.00 to the card

They came out after quoting us 500. Moved everything but wouldn't listen or allow any help. Rushed through everything carelessly and damaged our very expensive wood table, ripped open and scratched our couch up, and ripped open our mattress. When informed that we saw the damage and showed them the guy started screaming and calling my husband names. He told his employer to chatge more money. We informed them prior we were paying with cash but they charged our card 700.00

100 dollars down and waited till the day of to cancel the job claiming they never received a deposit. Sure enough provided them with proof that we received a confirmation number as well as that the money was taken out of the bank account. Will update to officially inform all of you if they have stolen this 100 dollars. Save yourself the headache and potential theft and go with their competitors. Buisness's like this do not need to continue to exist.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had. 2 of the 3 workers did work hard but expected good tips because “they would take care of us”
They got a 1 rating because father and son were polite and hard workers and the son quickly and kindly offered to hook up my internet and WiFi. It was helpful and very much appreciated.
The 3rd worker worked first day( they needed 2 days due to needing additional truck and bad weather).
He avoided doing work whenever possible. My husband gave him his recommended $100 tip before he left because we were told he was not coming back next day. He then came

Do not use this company and if you do...make certain the truck size and drivers are on site before signing the contract! Read the contract in detail...Do Not Rely on what the initial Agent Quotes! This Company Knows Your Back is against the wall and will charge you High Prices as a result! No Integrity!!!! RUN!!!

On 9/20/20 we used Blue Oak Movers to help us move a 4 bedroom home within the same city. Our two movers arrived at 10:30am and I proceeded to show them around the house and what would need to be moved and disassembled and what was to be set out to the curb.
