The two men who moved the piano into our home were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to fix some loose pedals and even added some felt to the bottom of the bench. They knew about the piano, when it was made. I appreciated them caring about the experience we had and exceeding my expectations. No wonder they’ve been in business so long. Most companies will do bare-minimum .

I had a wonderful experience with Mike & Louis Piano Moving. I received a free quote promptly to move an old piano (an upright purchased second hand for the kids to learn on), they were prompt with pickup and took a lot of care getting the piano down our half flight of stairs. They even fixed the little attached music stand which was missing a screw, made sure everything was level, that the loose leg was stabilized, and went over some scratches (normal wear, not from the move) with a furniture pen to improve it a little bit. Wow! This was my first time having a piano moved, but the level of service was better than anything I've ever experienced. They were on time, informative, and so friendly - they even educated me a bit on the piano! Some castors needed replacing and one of the supports was loose, things I was expecting as this piano needed a little love to be eventually restored, and they pulled out their toolkit and fixed these items on the spot. Absolutely blown away, highly recommend!

They were on time and did what they said they would do for the price that was quoted. They were professional, courteous and did more than just move a piano.
