My wife and I started BWR in 2004 as a family based business in Norco, CA and surrounding areas. We started our company in a tiny office of our first home. I drove a small truck, with a magnet on my door, which also served as my only form of advertisement. We started the business with the same philosophy we still abide by; BWR prides ourselves on our customer service while offering top notch heating and cooling services.
Pretty much every furnace manufacturer recommends annual inspections and maintenance by a proper technician, not to mention that a service call can fix a number of big problems with your furnace system. We are ready to assist you with any problems you may have with your furnace. Your furnace can have a number of problems that require a service call from carbon monoxide leaks in your ducts to a simple electrical wiring problem.
Summer day can be long and warm. If you don't want to be stuck in the heat, your air conditioner will need to be working the best it can. Otherwise, you'll be stuck sweating or paying more than you need to to keep your house cool. Air conditioners don't work by magic and do need maintenance or even replacement.
Air conditioning systems don't work forever, but you can extend their service life with regular maintenance. BWR saved us thousands of dollars compared to 3 other companies recommendations. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. The other companies claim they know what their doing, but they clearly don't even have the knowledgeable or the right equipment and diagnostic gauges. The other companies just say to replace it all. Brandon and BWR diagnose the true issues and only fix what's needed. I have 50% more airflow, less energy being used and extended most of my equipment life by many years for thousands less. Save time and money. Call BWR.

Omar & Adrian were FANTASTIC!! We had another of the "big firms in the valley", who advertise a lot in Palm Springs, and they failed to respond to the specific request and my "amateur" diagnosis I had done by searching the web. They charged $400 to do, basically, NOTHING!
Omar understood exactly what I was explaining, went directly to the… wiring problem and rewired the NEST thermostat and the termination point on our package unit. Only charged the $99 service call since is was a straight-forward fix!! And, they were very friendly and courteous!!
BWR is now our new go-to for all HVAC

This by far is the most professional and honest AC/Heating company on the planet. From the time we made an appointment to the time spent at our home their communication was on point. Both of their technicians were not only friendly but went above and beyond to make sure that our entire unit was in pristine working condition when they left. We highly recommend this company. If we could give them 10 stars we would.

Amazing guys came out the very next day, on short notice I can’t tell how nice the guys that came out! They looked at out ac and they don’t lie super honest! The most honest guys we ever dealt, they told our problem was out electricity!! My husband was so impressed with how professional they were and how courteous as well! I would give them 100 out of ten for showing us there’s still good people out there thanks and god bless!!

BWR not only were completely professional when making the appointment, keeping to the estimate, and doing top quality work, they covered every last detail! I'm pretty particular when it comes to working on my home--especially given they were going to be cutting a hole into the side of my stucco home to vent a… bathroom fan outside. (I'm not going to lie, I was nervous given I had never worked with them before!)
I totally quizzed Chad about exactly how he was going to accurately go about doing every little part of the install and I'm pleased to say that not
