Video Camera & Line Locating - Our specially made video camera enables a visual inspection of underground sewer lines and other piping to determine the condition of the pipes' insides. We are able to save the video recording for your permanent record. Sewer Drain Cleaning and Repair - Slow running drains and/or sewer backup can be a simple clog or more serious.
What brand of products do you install? We install Moen, Delta, and Kohler. However, if a customer has a preference for a specific manufacture we will accommodate requests. Bryant, Payne, and Goodman are the primary heating manufacturing brands we install. What areas do you service? Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, and Waukesha Counties.

The service guy took two days to perform a service that would_should take a half day at most. The job entailed repair/replacing pipes under the kitchen sink., auger the waste pipe,pipe,. Fairly routine tasks for an experience d plumber.He was not equipped with the needed parts and had to travel to Home Depot for parts on at least two occasions. The cost was embassingly high but we negotiate d it down to a still extortous price. Although the overall quality of the work was good l cannot in good faith recommend this company to others .

WoW, where do I begin....if I could give them zero stars, I would. First off, they tore up all my drywall trying to find a leak. Took them 2 days and 1500 in drywall and ceiling repairs, but they “found” it. They charged me like 850. Two weeks later, same leak, same spot. Terrible service, terrible job. I will never bother with them again!

I have plumbing insurance with HomeServe. Had cloged drain and a leaking pipe.
They sent a guy who was not able to unclogg the drain and told me to call back to reschedule. Called few times and scheduled another appointment. Waited for few hours and called them back to see when they are thinking to come. Lady on the phone said, they were there and nobody was home! That was a first lie. She told me to wait more, thy will come back. Never happened. Sick and tired of them I called insurance and requested new company. When they came, they called insurance to ask for job approval. I have had to call 3 plumbers out for the same issue with my tub’s pipes downstairs. Each time we chose pretty much whoever could come the same day. This time we called Roy’s Plumbing and they came out the same day and were the most helpful out of everyone we had come out. They were professional, informative, kind, and most importantly good at what they were doing. I would definitely use them from here on out even if they couldn’t come out the same day because they will get the job done. The person who serviced our home was ROCK!
