Rashawn brings to Hero a strong resume with 20 years experience in residential plumbing, commercial plumbing and industrial plumbing. He began his career at age 12, as an assistant at Jim Nelson Plumbing. Noticing his interest in the trade, Mr. Nelson mentored Rashawn teaching him practical skills, dedication and work-ethic.

Hero Plumbing was contracted to complete our new service line with the City of Milwaukee to replace a lead service line. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, neat, and took the time to answer everyone one of my questions.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.
