The dirty water needs a place to go when you flush your toilet, scrub off in the shower, or wash things in your sink. To get the wastewater where it needs to go, we have sewer piping. Decided to take my business elsewhere. I came to the business to get more information and the associate I worked with was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Seemed like they didnt want my business and the company encourages a prejudice and rude environment. Will not recommend to other.
What was very alarming to me was when I was trying to inquire about services not once was I given information about a consultation, plumber availability, ect. I was repeated interrupted while trying to explain the issues occuring with my new home and told by the associate that they don't sell parts and to try Menards

We had Heiden come to our Condo on June 18th to have them install a shut off valve. Our Condo Association recommended them, even though we told them they were a 3 star business, and we would prefer to use our 5 star plumber.
Anyway they were going to get some information from the Association, and get back to us on where the shut off valve should be placed.
Nearly a month, and we have heard nothing from them.
I would never use or recommend or use them. We have informed the representative for our Condo. Not much help there either.

We got Art, and I gotta tell y'all, he answered my questions, was beyond polite and professional and earned my business for life. He was super respectful of my high risk status and wore a mask the entire time, was on time did his work quickly and respectfully. They were the only company in town who would give me a set price for a pre winter check up, and then lived up to it, also they came out the next day. If you need your radiator system checked out before winter don't wait until November call these guys, you won't be disappointed.

I called Heiden Plumbing for help with a Kitchen high end Faucet no other company had a solution for. Edward not only solved my problem without damaging my $1500 faucet. He didn't charge me for the work. Needless to say I was floored and extremely happy. I would of paid anything to remove the cartridge that was stuck. I know who I will use the next time I have any plumbing needs. Heiden!

Really great local company - have used them for both plumbing and AC/Furnace repairs. Gary is super friendly and went the extra mile to help me out - checked out my units on the roof and made me feel confident that I'm all set for another summer. Can't recommend them highly enough.
