This company went above and beyond to help me get the stairs in my cabin carpeted from over the phone and a location out of their normal range. I absolutely love my new kitchen vinyl tile and bedroom carpet. Jenn helped me pick out quality materials that fit my budget and color scheme.. My installer, Danny Bacon was professional and detail in every way. His suggestion for using diagonal cut for transition strip between kitchen and living room gave my kitchen a fresh new look. All trim was cut and installed perfectly. I highly recommend The Carpet Barn for your flooring. They offer quality material at a fair price.

When I was choosing my flooring I was shown only what I was looking for, my questions were answered, information was provided, and the sales person was easy going, nice to talk to, seemed to enjoy his work.
I show up to pick my flooring up, they have to move pallets to get to it, they pull the order, wrap it tightly and load it on the truck in just a few minutes.
When they realize I don't have straps, they LOAN me straps. They CARED about my safety. People, this is the place for flooring. Excellent selection, excellent service, excellent prices, good people.

Went to carpet barn after Lowes was very expensive and not very helpful to understand why. Spoke to Kerry who came to our home to measure our rooms and discussed what we wanted. We visited the store to select the carpet and found something almost identical in color and style as what we selected at Lowes. The surprise of the day was that Carpet Barn was half of what Lowes wanted to replace our carpet. We needed a Saturday install and they made it happen. This is the second flooring company that we've used in the Waynesville area and they were much, much better than the other one. The pricing was very competitive, they were very responsive, but not salesy. Huge inventory. Did everything they said they would, on time. Nice people. The installer was fast and knew what he was doing. The outcome was great!
