Critical: Responsiveness
He did a repair. It leaked right away and he refused to ever address. He is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his so called guarantee. Which is as worthless as the paper it is written on. Run don't walk away from any work by this guy. You have been warned!!!

Called for a leak repair. Came out, did a great job. Said "call me if you have any more trouble." Well, a few weeks later, i did. I called. Nobody called back. I was going to call again the next morning but the dogs started going crazy. I go out and Mr. Folsom is on my roof. Pointed to where the leak was still coming and he had it fixed and was gone within an hour. No extra charge - just like he said. Definitely use him again. Old school honest company that lives up to their word. What more can I ask for?

Met with Mr. Folsom for an estimate. He's a down to earth guy. Was very patient while I was negotiating getting architectural shingles instead of 3-tab. Fair price and finished the job in a day AND a day earlier than expected. Cleaned up the area too. Will refer and call them if needed in the future.
