Had them over for inspection to check on some of the water lines. however, different from other contractors, they looked like they did not want to be there. they did answer our questions but it came off just lazy, hurried, and rude. we had to pay $50 for this disappointing service while Roto-Rooter can do the same thing with better service for free.

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-

I had two separate plumbing issues occur during the night. Messages were sent out to multiple companies. Grateful was the first to respond and promptly arrived. Repair options were given which made things so so nice. Opposed to being told that there's "this" and it's gonna cost "that". With no reservations I commend Grateful Plumber and happily advocate their services.

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

If you want an estimate...it's $49. My husband called to get an estimate for adding a junction to our old cast iron drain. Grateful plumbing charges $49 to give an estimate. We've had dozens of estimates since being home owners, this is the first to have a charge. We try to get 3 estimates for big jobs. We've had 2 plumbers give us estimates (no charge). Estimates are just a cost of doing business. They lost our business immediately. We have several investment properties and are hoping to find a "go-to" plumber.
