I attempted to "use" this business by buying an AC Capacitor.. The man seemed nice on the phone and said " we dont whole sale", well Im more than willing to pay "retail" giving that the average cost of such item is any where from $7.00 to $25.00..
I also let him know that I'm not in the business of wanting to pay "whole sale" prices (sure who doesn't want a deal, my intentions were to pay what ever the price assuming it was inline with retail plus extra cause I needed it), he then explained that for $179.00 he would sell it and install it..

Came home from vacation to a broken ac. Eric was out the next day and gave me a few options. 2 days later he was back installing a new ac unit. Very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier with the quality of his work.

First, the urgency and promptness that Eric came out to get my AC up and running is what you would expect when your AC is not cooling your home. Secondly, Eric didn’t hesitate to go over the importance of things to do at the homeowner level to keep your unit running efficiently.
Service: the BEST service I’ve had in about 5-10 years. This company is THEE Chic-fil-A of HVAC.
Knowledge: I now know that burning candles can cause problems with the HVAC as well.
Overall: 5/5* and WILL BE RECOMMENDING to EVERYONE I know whoever tells me their AC unit is not working. GREAT JOB!!!

I have always struggled when deciding who to call for ac issues but I feel that I have found in them the company that I will be using from here on out!
I used them for a mini-split installation and hvac service in my rental property and can tell you they were excellent.
He was responsive, gave me a fair estimate, he was there when he said he'd be there and treated my property like he would his own. I highly recommend Air-Rics!
