I have stuck with you, I believed you in this install, I believed the warranty that you promoted. The a/c you recommended wasn't delivered from the manufacturer with all coolant? I wanna say there was a manufacturers recall on the coil that you never reached out to me about, but waited until we had a problem. Our drain pan over flow sensor that has been replaced, obviously doesn't work as water is leaking through the ceiling for no actual reason for the 2nd time in 2 months. We are now approaching ridiculous, and for no fault of your techs, they have been 100% with me that there is no reason for

After spending the night without proper AC I was super excited to be able to receive same day service! Ed and his crew have always been instant when I need help with my commercial or rental needs. The guys are courteous and effecient, which is super important when dealing with hot and grumpy tenants! I get high marks from my renters just because Ed Hinton is so good at what he does. Once, I was in an attic at 9pm and called for help. Ed himself appeared at that time of night to get it going right. Best AC guy in Florida!!!

My landlord had Hinton AC contact us for a yearly checkup on the air conditioning unit for our rental. They were ultra aggressive in trying to get us to schedule, so we made an appointment for today between 11:30 and 12:30. They said they would call when they were on the way. 12:30 rolls around, and we try calling them to see if they were still going to make it. The phone went unanswered. We tried a Facebook message, that went unanswered, too. Our experience has left us annoyed, and I don't think I am going to go out of my way to call them again.

I met Ed Hinton about 5 years back and since then I've had them out to our home here and there for an AC cleaning or coolant boost, but recently our 13 year old AC system JUST stopped cooling - and it was like 100 degrees outside! I called Ed and in no time, we were back to 70 degrees inside and loving life again! Thank you Ed and the whole Hinton AC team!

Ed at Hinton AC is EXCELLENT!!! Besides being very knowledgeable, he showed commitment to the customer (that being me) to ensure a win-win business relationship. If Ed hadn't taken the extra few minutes to check my heating system to discover a major crack in the heat exchange, there would have been a major negative impact to the health of my family. Because of his extra efforts and care, we decided to move forward with replacement of not only the heating but A/C system as well. I have been using Hinton AC for at least six years. We have a home and a business location, and he takes great care of both. In that time, he has repaired when necessary, reminded me to do regular maintenance, and then finally replaced a system when it was no longer feasible to repair. I always get competing estimates, but his prices remain… honest, fair, and competitive. And he and all of his staff are kind. That is a big plus for me. When I sent him to work on my elderly father's unit, he spent an extra hour (unpaid) just to talk with him about life. I would not hesitate to recommend him

Without a doubt the best A/C company in town. Ed has more integrity in his little finger than most people have at all. I trust him with any A/C issue. Never tries to push anything and frequently reminds me to do little things to keep the life of my machine lasting longer. He is wonderful. Excellent warranty as well!
