Within the hour Mike was at my house and diagnosed the issue. Mike replaced the coils of the 3 year old system under a manufacturer warranty and corrected the original install, all for under $400. The AC has never cooled better and with none of the frustrating issues. We can work together with you & your builder to build your new custom home or building.
