August James (Jim) Giovanetti, Owner of Rytech in Memphis, received his BS from the University of Alabama. Additionally, he holds the following certifications by the IICRC - WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Damage Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician), OCT (Odor Control Technician) and FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician).
Dylan began working in residential construction, for his father's company in 2002. In 2006, Dylan became the foreman for Milan M. Djokich Construction, where he was promoted to supervisor of all field operations and project estimator. In 2011, Dylan began performing construction restoration put-backs for any fire or water mitigation that was done.

Rytech was our third opinion on a small mold issue, and I’m so glad we called! Dan was great! He did a full inspection (the first company was there for about 5min and gave an estimate of $2,000 and the second wouldn’t come look at it, just gave an estimate over the phone) - I was happy to spend a nominal fee for a full inspection and then discuss recommendations for remediation. He was very thorough, walked us through everything, and provided insights on how to prevent water exposure in the future. Thank you again, Dan - you saved us money and provided invaluable peace of mind!

Dan and his team worked hard to get our floors dry. The communication that this crew gives it's customers is always very clear. Rytech puts their customers first. We had a water leak and within 4 hours of receiving our call on a Saturday, Dan and his crew were at our house starting the drying process. None of our questions or concerns went unanswered. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Dan (the owner) is really great. We had an incident where our swamp cooler overflowed and flooded the kitchen and downstairs basement. Dan arrived within an hour of contacting him. over the course of a few days he was able to get the basement completely dried out and remove drywall as needed. He was diligent, thorough, and lovely to work with. I would highly recommend him !

I spoke with a customer service rep. in order to setup a quote for some mold in my basement. The rep. took my information as well as the problem I had described. He said I would be contacted by one of their service technicians to schedule a time to come to my house and give me a quote. No one ever contacted me.
UPDATE: I received a call and email from Dan a few days later about the mixup. He was very kind about it. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism regarding the matter. I cannot speak about the work they do but based on Dan’s professionalism, Rytech seems like a reputable company

This was a great company! Their expertise, promptness and knowledge were so reassuring when we had a badly flooded basement. What a great experience! That's quite a bit to say when you wake up to water in your house. After finding that the fridge had blown valve for the ice maker and water in the door we had water in the Kitchen, Dining
Room and Basement. Calling the insurance company to get the claim started and they told me that Rytech would be calling shortly. I never expected a call with in 10 minutes and then after they got some verifying info I had a call from the tech in another 5. Dan was the Rytech tech that came onsite. He was there within the hour. Pretty important for piece of mind when the damage feels

Dan was very professional and did an amazing job! He contacted me within a half hour of my phone call to the insurance company. Dan (owner in Denver, CO) and his team did a fantastic job on our water remediation. Our toilet overflowed on our main level and did a lot of damage to both our main hallway and our newly finished basement beneath. He was prompt, very professional, and stayed in constant communication with me. He was there when our insurance adjuster arrived and spent a lot of time working with him and discussing the damage, which I appreciated. He and his team stayed until late into the evening on the first day to ensure every affected area was exposed and ready for the drying fans. They had to remove carpet,
