I recently ordered a custom glass topper for my dresser. I sent my measurements via email to Maryanne and my new piece of glass was ready for pick-up a few weeks later. Celtic Glass replaced the double glazing units in 4 wood frame double hung windows in my 1928 house. Christian and his team were easy to work with and efficient. He came out to my house to take measurements, and a week later the windows were replaced. Christian was knowledgeable and pointed out and repaired part of a frame that had some dry rot. Most importantly, they look great.

Great place brought in measurements for two pieces of glass in the am and got them back later that afternoon. Unfortunately for me I measured them wrong. Too big. Called Celtic they told me to bring them back they would fix them. Got them back the next day at n/c. Great Customer Service

Great Company and very professional!!! I highly recommend them. I received a fast response to my broken window mishap. The repairman came to my location, took all the measurements and glass was ordered the same day. Installation was done within the same week.

I like to support local shops but Celtic Glass is tough to recommend. While they are friendly and professional in the shop their follow-up is poor. Twice I ordered glass from them. Twice the order was 2 days late. And my orders were simple and straight-forward. How would they handle a difficult order? They don't seem to care about the small purchases since they most likely survive on large, commercial orders. I would not go there if I really need something fast.
In addition I tried to call them about 7 or 8 times during regular working hours and not once did they answer the phone.

Great local Family owned, and operated company. Very friendly, and accommodating. Pricing is very reasonable too. Maddie knows her glass well, and is very attentive, plus sets proper expectations on scheduling for delivery. I have done business here more than once, but this is my first review, and realized it has been a pleasant experience every time.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!. First of all i dropped off a small piece of glass from a coffee table to get replaced at 2 p.m. and was told to come back at 4:30 p.m. to pick it up. I get back at 4:30 p.m. to pick up my replacement glass and the store was wide open with no one inside to assist me. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE FOR A WHOLE HOUR! I waited outside for a whole hour and when the people that work there FINALLY get back they refused to talk to me because they said that they close at 5 p.m. were closed for the day already.
