I called Best Glass Saturday morning and Sam answered right away. I sent him a photo of a broken window we had in a door. He quoted me a very reasonable price and said a technician could be out that morning between 10 and 11. His technician Nait came out a little after 10 and proceeded to fix the window. He was professional and did a great job. In this day and age of not so great customer service I was very impressed by the responsiveness and quality of work. I strongly recommend Sam and Best Glass Company for your glass needs.

The outdoor-facing pane of glass on our french doors was shattered so we reached out to the Best Glass Company. As soon as we called, they were on site the same day to take a look and provide a quote. Once the glass was ready, they were very flexible to schedule the install. Everything went in without an issue - overall a professional and very responsive company. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.

After breaking a window in our SF apartment, I requested multiple quotes for the job. Out of a dozen companies, this was the best as far as communication, convenience, and service. His service was affordable and speedy (did the entire job in one hour).
He said he could fix my broken window same day, but we scheduled for a couple days later.
It looks even better than before...book this man!

Someone threw a rock through one of our front windows last week, which had to be fixed, and we had two windows in our bedroom which had been cracked for some time. So we decided to fix all of them at the same time. Best Glass responded quickly, as did a large San Jose based window installation/repair company. We went with Best because they had the most reasonable quote, whereas the San Jose company sent us an Invoice, which made me nervous. Why and invoice? Creepy. Best was available the next day. I broke my bedroom window on a Saturday night and I needed it replaced the following day. I called every single place on yelp that was "around my area" and every place was either closed on a Sunday or charged a ridiculous price for a weekend call.

We asked them for help replacing a window on a Saturday morning, and they came within about an hour to give us an estimate for replacing a double paned window. When the window was installed (after being ordered from somewhere or other), they were very careful to keep the area clean, and very diligent in their work. They removed all of the broken glass from the old window and restored it like new with the trim. I had a broken glass door pane replaced and even though the owner was away tending to a family matter his friend/colleague took care of the work. He did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. He arrived early and I could tell he really cared about his friend and the reputation of his business. I would call them again and gladly recommend them to my friends.

After my 8-year old son threw a toy and cracked a pane in his bedroom window - and with all the rains - I decided to make replacing it a top priority. That said, I've never had the occasion to get a window replaced (other than in my car), so I based my approach purely on reviews and then asked for quotes. This place was the most responsive, had the lowest price (by a considerable %), and given the reviews, I figured it was a good choice.
