My husband and I have used Barker and Sons Plumbing, in the past, and have always been so pleased with the service. This time was no different. We needed water valves in the garage replaced. Unfortunately, it required some drywall removal to do the job but our technician, Peter, knew exactly what he was doing.

Orlando was the best, he did a great job! Even though it was 5 PM he got it fixed same day within 2 hours tops, to hall out and replace our water heater, very professional! It's cold this time of year and not having hot water was a mess, so glad he made it a priority to fix it that same night! Thank you so much Orlando, would highly recommend this company! Would use it again for any other issue's we could ever have.

I called to have them look at updating my shower controls and tub faucet. They were leaking very badly when I would turn the water on and the tub faucet wouldn't redirect the water to the shower head very well as it had tons of mineral build up. The faucet and controls were likely the original setup when the unit was built in 1978. Gabe was very friendly, he explained the different options and the process that would be involved to update the shower. They have a nice standard pricing schedule to do everything, which was really nice. If you like haggling probably not the best for you ;-). Everyday

My backyard was flooded due to the rain today. Company was on the top of situation was able to come and fix the problem.
Derek was superb! He explained the problem clearly and recommended the solution precisely, easy for me to understand. Company has the state of art equipments to pinpoint the problem caused. I was able to see the crogged pipe with the camera. They fixed the problem and now I can sleep peacefully. Thank you, Derek!

Everyone we talked to and worked with was great. From Lexie working the phone, appointments and schedules to Orlando and his team working the hardware, everything went faster than expected. I called in despair - run a restaurant and our water heater went down right before opening!! Alice was amazing at getting all my info quickly and accurately and knew the urgency of my call. Second time I have used this company and I’m grateful for their services. They are always professional and courteous, from when you call to the actual service. The technician is never in a hurry and is able to explain the issue, as well as provide some education on the matter. Tyler was the technician on this latest service call and was great, being prompt and polite. A manager also came by and assisted with the use of a camera. This person was very experienced and again provided some education that allowed me to better understand the issue.
