They installed the new unit and first it's not blowing. They came back and fix it and found out that they put the fan in wrong direction. A couple weeks later, there are lots of water leaking down the ceiling. They came to check and said it was normal and there was nothing they could do. I called two other companies for second opinion, they both told me that this unit was never installed properly. The pan that catch the water from condensation was not piped correctly thus creating water backup and overflow. I had to pay the second guy to fix it which should have been the responsibility of

The only good thing is they arrive fast. Technician came, said that we have no refrigerant left in the system, said he could fill it up. Did not mention that it's just a waist of money, because it may be a leak in the system. Said he could test it for additional $350. We just filled it up, cost over $500.00 and the following day it was empty again and A/C was not working.
Needless to say, I will never call Affordable again.

Called this place today to get a quote on adding refrigerant to my home a/c and the girl said only techs can give prices. Ridiculous. They should have a base line understanding of what it "could" cost to send someone out. I found the girl to be rude and completely uninterested in helping a future customer. I couldn't imagine giving this place a single dollar.
