Chris was excellent! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and had our external AC fan motor replaced THE NEXT DAY. Our warranty company sent out a sub-par contractor first, and after a MONTH of back and forth “it was working, now it’s not” they finally reassigned the claim to Slades. Don’t settle for less, go with the company that’s going to get the job done!

We’ve been pleased with the work on our AC -they got it fixed quickly and it didn’t cost much at all. We’ve had them back to get regular servicing/preventative maintenance and to install a humidification system as well. Great service, professional, good communication.

We hired Slade Mechanical Services to install a complete central air/heat pump system with all new duct work in our home. The pricing quote was very competitive compared to others we had gotten. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very detail oriented from the start of the project to the end. Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable. They were scheduled through our home warranty and despite problems with the home warranty company, he got us up and running by going above and beyond. They communicated with me throughout the hiccups (that were not their fault) and got everything taken care of.

I can't say enough good things about Slade's Mechanical! We had to have our outdoor unit and coil replaced through our home warranty company. Despite issues from the home warranty company, Slade's got us scheduled quickly and our system replaced in a day. He stayed until it was finished and even went out of his way to get us the correct coil after the warranty company ordered the wrong one. I will definitely be calling them for any issues regardless if it's through the home warranty or not.
