Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I had my car taken in for hail damage. I got my car back and the check engine light and slid control won’t go off. My car will not start at times and has left me stranded for up to 2 hours and then would just start, the brake lights don’t shut off. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They promised help but never delivered.

Amazing service and repair! We used Hail Inc to repair our Subaru Wrx. They came highly recommended by a friend who had also used them. We really just hoped for the best as we had pretty severe damage and our insurance adjuster told us we would need conventional repair and panels replaced. The process at hail inc was extremely easy. they basically took our keys, explained time frame and went over the repair plan. they fixed our car in record time and delivered it back to us. super pleases with the repair and the service, we will recommend to all our friends.

Absolutely amazing service from Salem and his team at Hail Inc. I had been turned away from 3 places (because I have an older model car with over 100,000 miles) but Hail Inc fixed my extensive hail damage and replaced my broken windshield in only a week with no out of pocket expenses. Absolutely phenomenal work and very smooth experience all around. They even arranged for a car rental through enterprise rent a car with pick up/drop off service! On top of that, they cleaned my car up and left it looking sparkling shiny new - inside and out. Words cannot describe the amount of happiness and gratefulness

I received a flyer after a hail storm hit my neighborhood. I decided to look them up and eventually called to discuss the damages. Salem handled everything from there on. His team worked to make sure the insurance company did not cut any corners on the coverage. When I did receive my vehicle back it looked great and Salem personally made sure with me that I had time to look it over. What an amazing service from Hail Inc. My car got fixed quickly and all promises were honored! They waived my $500 deductible, dealt with my insurance company and kept me informed during the entire process. I'm pleased with the repair as my car looks like brand new again! I hope my car never gets hail damage again but if it does, I already know where it'll be fixed. HAIL INC:-)
