We have had many pool services over the years, some good, some not so good. Mark at Almaden Valley Water Pros is by far the most professional and knowledgeable person we have had. Mark replaced my old single speed pump and 25-year-old Anthony D.E. Filter with a new Pentair Variable Speed Pump and Pentair Cartridge Filter in Feb. The pool looks beautiful this summer and I noticed my electricity bill was considerably lower.
This July I noticed a small leak in the outlet area of the pump. I emailed Mark and he came back and fixed it under warranty. He also discovered one of my old Jandy Valves was leaking air and he replaced the O ring for no charge.

I wish I could give this guys zero stars... He cleans my neighbors pool every week. I have a special needs person in the house, so I politely asked him twice if he could come during regular business hours. The issue is that he makes a bunch of noise and sets of the dogs at 7am. Normally I would not care, but my relative is really sensitive to noises like that (spectrum). Anyway I asked him if he could come after 830 instead of 7AM as my relative would be gone off to their day programs. The first time he lied and said my neighbor insists his pool be cleaned at 7AM, which i verified was untrue

Mark owns and runs Almaden Valley Water Pro's. Mark has been servicing our pool for the past 11 years. Mark is the ultimate pro you can hire to take care of your pool. We have not had a single issue in 11 years. Marks shows up like clock work, once a week to service the pool. I know it is Wednesday morning 8:00 AM when I see Mark in my backyard. Mark is very thourough when it comes to keeping a pool in good working order and keeping it that way. If your pool equipment needs a service beyond what he provides, he has a network of contractors he will recommend instead of just walking away from your problem and is good at explaining what is going on when you have no idea.
