This place has always done right by me through two windshield replacements and probably half a dozen rock chip repairs. The entrance is a little difficult to get to the first time as you have to go down a side road and then a back road because there's a fence between 117th and their business and they are on a dead-end.

Employees are very rude and inconsiderate. Now looking at other poor reviews here, I'm not surprised. One employee rang my doorbell even though there's a sign covering the button saying "Please knock. Babies sleeping." If you want to continue your efforts in contacting the residents, don't do the one thing that's listed not to do! Knock or try calling a phone number! Very unprofessional.

I've been in for multiple rock chip repairs and they've been excellent each time. Friendly, honest and quick. Will continue to use them for my glass needs.

Over a period of about 3 years I used Vancouver glass for 3 separate projects. I was thrilled with each of them. First, a custom glass top for a dining room table - I was looking for the clearest quality glass so I got the rating of the glass I wanted and went looking for product and quote. From enquiry to telephone service, to quote and measure, to install, staff were courteous and professional. With that, a couple of years later I called for a quote on a glass pony wall. I described the hardware I wanted to the guys who came out to do the quote, they got me exactly what I wanted, and again delivered

Great customer service, speedy help, and good prices! They helped me out with some odd shaped plexiglass for a summer project and were quick and helpful. For the attention and quality on a small project I'd go back for bigger things!

We had to replace glass in our home and even though it was very busy they had a new glass for us within a few days. We will only use and refer Vancouver Glass.

Loved this place. I had a crack going all the way across my winshield and needed to be replaced. Swung by after work to get an estimate. So reasonable. They got me in the following day. Fast friendly customer service, completed the job in a timely fashion. Loved supporting local biz. Keep it up guys!

Excellent service for a custom beveled glass and mirror job. Price was very reasonable, turnaround was very quick, staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Glass was well protected and wrapped and they helped me load. Hopefully wont need to replace glass any time soon but if I need to I would have no hesitation going here again!

I came in to get a small chip repaired and Nolan put a large crack across my windshield. He lied to me and said it appeared before he started working on it, despite not moving my car and the chip had occurred over a month ago and had never grown. He fixed the chip for free (likely so my car wasn't on record of being serviced there) but left this huge crack significantly worse than the barely visible chip i brought my car in to fix. I called the manager saying I was uncomfortable with the situation and he basically told me to f*** off. He said I could buy a new windshield from them at my expense

Please read all reviews of vancouver glass. they are all true--i wish i would have read them before i got involved. the only sane one at vancouver glass is the guy who comes out to measure for your shower door. i paid $1k on 9/3 and was promised the door would be ready 10/7 for guests i was having. they never called me - i called them twice and blaze, colin and owner dale are all rude, condescending and don't care if they have your work or not. after i went in yesterday to pick out a different glass to get it done timely, blaze the manager told me 'i'm not the shower dept&apos

I had an 8am appointment. At 9am I called because no one showed or called. When I called a crotchety old c--t answered and treated me like I was at fault for them being late. He told me to wait while he called his tech. While he was talking to his tech I heard the entire conversation. "This chris Guy is calling and says you are supposed to be there at 8 and we don't even start until 8." The conversation went on how I was at fault. I told him to google the term "customer service" and to f-$& off.

I called asking if they would be able to provide me with a quote if I emailed them a diagram of the glass that I would like installed. After receiving their email address, I waited for confirmation that they had received the email and would get back once they had a chance to review the diagram. After two days and figuring that they were busy, I quickly shot them a call to ask about timeline for receiving the quote whether it be a day or a week - I'm in no rush - just wanted to have a frame of reference so I could plan accordingly. Quick simple efficient rock chip repair.
I brought my car in after a rock hit my windshield, and these guys were professional, handled it quickly as well as take care of several other customers in the same manner. Insurance covered the cost, and Vancouver Glass handled that well, as well. Thank you!!

I would NOT recommend Vancouver Glass to anyone. The manager complained constantly about not getting the right fit for my windows and matching the grids. It took them 3 months to get it right. The manager would complain constantly: "I'm loosing money on your windows. I'm working too many hours to come out to your house. I don't get paid much. etc."
The worst part is when he put the glass in the windows, he scraped the window casings and sash. I saw him put the window on the concrete, but thought he would not work on it there. But, now I have a white window with black scratches

Worst company ever. We placed an order for a window and the day before the install they decided the window was too big and they didn't want to do it and never told us. When I called to ask were their contractors were they were so rude! Don't waste your time or money on these jerks!!

Vancouver Glass walked me through the process of ordering a large piece of glass for a custom table, from selection of material to thickness to edging. I can't imagine how the process could have been made simpler or faster, and the turn-around on the order was also very simple and fast. I'm not going to say where they agreed to deliver the thing, because I'm sure it was a hassle and I don't want too sign them up for doing that too often, *but* they gracefully put up with the hassle. The piece was also a good 15-20% cheaper than other estimates I'd gotten.

12 years ago I had a bad windshield install job from a sheister place in Portland that left my windshield leaking and the trim bent. I went into Vancouver Glass and they showed me the problem, then fixed it. Since that time I have been a loyal customer, and have had at least half a dozen windshields replaced, twice side door auto glass replaced, a difficult classic car done, a screen door fixed, and multiple pieces of custom glass cut. If I could give Vancouver Glass zero stars, I would. I'm only glad we took our door in to be repaired a month ahead of when I needed it, because it took them about 3 weeks to get it done, and they were beyond rude through the entire experience.

The sales person (and from what it sounds like, he is the owner) was extremely rude on the phone when my husband called to inquire about getting one pane of glass replaced. Brand new customers, we should have just found another place. When he dropped off the door, my husband paid ahead of time, something the owner said he doesn't usually see

Over the past year, I had purchased two pieces of furniture that needed a glass surface to be custom made - one oval (imperfect oval) and one circle. I brought in the pieces of furniture, within a few hours, they created the surfaces and exceeded my expectations on the quality of the workmanship and the prices were awesome!

They made the custom oval shaped glass to perfection - I was pleasantly stunned :) In fact, the glass was so perfect for the imperfect oval furniture, that it could only fit one way into the oval surface, making a perfect surface and perfectly level.

This place wasted my time!!

I called at 3:15 and explained my situation which the guy told me to come on in and they would check it out for free and we can go from there. I explained i was going to hit some traffic and wouldn't make it until a little after 4, seeing they close at 5 I asked him if that would be a problem and he said no. I came in a little after 4 and the manager (forget his name, only guy there tho) seemed rushed and busy and told me "I need to install this window in and blah blah, could you come back in 30 minutes" I told him yeah sounds great, I need to run
