I had a good experience with T&C glass.
I hired them for two jobs one is now complete.
I wanted to have a glass shower wall installed on one side of my wall.
Justin designed and Gage and Sage installed my glass wall.
It was a pretty small job. A 1/2 inch thick piece of glass mounted on a pony wall in my shower. I was able to use this to replace an L shaped shower curtain rod with a straigh rod that is now much more stable and functional.
THe install was quick and looks great. The price was right. At least $200 lower than the nearest quote and $350 less than one other quote.

OMG! These guys are great! Have worked with Matt & Town & County Glass since 2006 for window repairs and screens. This year and early next year they are installing new windows and sliding glass doors into 3 apartment communities.
They just finished up one community and will be starting the next one shortly. Tyler's crew is friendly, clean up after themselves and the best thing is they get the job done in a safe and timely manner.
All of the units at the first property were occupied and I didn't have one complaint from any of the residents!

Justin and Connor were at our home this morning and removed our existing very large shower glass/door... as we get ready for a major master bathroom remodel.
Town & Country was very responsive and quickly scheduled the demo work... knowing that the tile, plumbing, paint and cabinet work is next.

Tony and Jed did an awesome job of removing a cloudy large pane of glass in my sunroom and installing a pristine one that I can now see out of. They were professional and even did a bit of extra cleaning of an adjacent pane. I called several companies for a bid on this job. Town & Country Glass was the only one that followed through. In this day and age it seems to be normal for companies to look at a job, say they'll send an estimate, and then the customer never hears from them again. They also replaced glass from a cracked window, and again just amazing work and attention to detail. It was an old window and they took their time doing a great job and also re-attached a storm window as a courtesy. I highly recommend Town & Country Glass.

I had a large window fail above my front door. Bids to replace it were very high. Then I was referred to Town and Country Glass. The estimator was great, and the replacement crew of Nick, Shane , and Connor worked quickly and efficiently to replace the glass .It looks amazing , and was 1/3 the cost of the bids to replace the window .

We needed a wooden bay window panel replaced. Town and Country Glass Company came out and measured. Came back a week later and now I a beautiful view. I give them five stars. They had a very reasonable price. They replaced that one foggy panel instead of trying to sell me a whole new unit.

Fantastic workmanship, Justin Eastes was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done really fast replacing 3 windows while maneuvering around all my furniture as I had just moved in the day before. There was a window that wasn't scheduled for replacement but he went out of his way to help me by putting a work order in to my apartments maintenance team.

Every time I have had broken glass it has been a major headache. Most companies are booked out several months; some may not want to do a small job. I had one company say that to send out an estimator, it would be 2 months out.
These guys were the exception to this bureaucratic nightmare. Not only were they the best priced contractor, but I had my broken, exterior glass done within a week of calling. Now THAT is service. Thank you!

We had three vinyl windows where the glass panes needed replacing, along with new screens put on throughout our home. Matt and his team were quick to provide a competitive estimate and get the materials within a couple of weeks. The installation was fast (Andy and Tony) showed up on time, were professional, friendly and tackled the job in a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier with the results! My Company has Done a lot of Business with Town & Country Glass and they were doing great work , but they have dropped off this last year, especially on the communication department. I've had a resident who has a window that has not been properly fixed for four months now, and when they sent out their technicians to fix it, the tech told the resident that he had to go get a tool and he never came back to fix the window. Every time I call the office about the issue (which has been a lot lately) they tell me that Matt will call me back, which he NEVER does. So the problem is still unresolved

I can't say enough good things about this company, but I'll try. We have a vacation home in Welches and had to have a glass door fixed ASAP and Matt and his team saved us. They are professional, reliable, dependable and affordable. They called me back right away, provided a quote and were able to fit me in.
