Customline Shower
In 1956, Roger A. Lindquist began manufacturing and installing a premium line of aluminum framed shower and tub enclosures, setting a new quality standard in the shower door industry. Over half of a century later, that tradition of family-owned excellence continues. We have developed and cultivated a reputation for exacting standards and unparalleled service during that time.

Today, Customline Shower Company manufactures and installs a complete line of shower enclosures, mirrors, mirrored wardrobe doors and accessories in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area. We offer a complete line of products at competitive prices with quality workmanship. Visit our showroom today at 5865 SW Jean Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035. We are open to the public from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays.
Services
Before we can begin work, the extent of the project must be established together with material needed for the type of shower enclosure desired. This of course requires input from you, the customer, as well as determining the preparation stage of the bathroom itself. If necessary, bath tiles, walls, shower floors will need to be prepared for the glass enclosure.
Customline Shower Company products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If a product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair it or replace it. Damage or wear resulting from lack of maintenance, glass breakage, negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident occurring after installation.
What is the difference between a framed, semi-frameless shower door and frameless shower door? A frameless shower enclosure is aesthetically superior to other shower solutions, increasing the value of your home. A frameless shower door lasts much longer than a framed shower door, and eliminates metal framing.

Recently had project in need of custom shower door replacement with some out of the ordinary time restrictions. Mark and Dana with Customline went out of their way to arrange a schedule and accommodate a temporary repair and quickly get final replacement into production. Very appreciated.

The first rep, Ryan, completely no-showed his appointment. No call, or email, just didn't show up. I went to the show room to check out some of the hardware and the frumpy, surly old woman working there seemed beyond annoyed at having a customer walk in the door, kept rolling her eyes and said 'ew' at my hardware choices. I almost thought I was getting punked! Then the second guy, who set his own appointment time, showed up an hour late. I specifically asked that he be on time, as it would delay my other contractors. Again, no communication, just shows up an hour late. Then I get an email stating

We had a great experience with Customline Shower. Our contractor recommended them based on quality and pricing. He was right. We have a beautiful, semi-frameless shower for our new bathroom that looks awesome and was very affordable. Everyone at Customline Shower was great - the estimator, the installers, Lori in the office when we made our final payment. I'd would definitely use Customline Shower again and am happy to recommend them!

I called Customline to evaluate a 10-year-old shower enclosure that had developed a leak (onto the floor).. The silicone had failed after all that time. Ryan came to the house and determined how the leak should be repaired; we scheduled a time for the work to be done. To make a long story short, the workman took out all the old silicone around the whole shower and replaced it with new . I now have a "new" shower enclosure at a very, very reasonable price.
II give Customline a five-star rating for their customer service and workmanship.

My Shower Door Shattered too------installed by Customline just two years ago!!! I called them and all they did was say "it happens sometimes". Customline took no responsibility for the breakage and would not give me any kind of price break on a new door. The bid they gave me was several hundred dollars over what the door cost 2 years ago.
My friend recommended ESP Supply so I called them. Their bid was lower than Customline and they were able to install in less than two weeks. They removed the old shower door and I was told that the door frame was actually installed slightly off plumb. The installers

Horrific experience with Customline. Poor initial installation, don't stand by their product, poor customer service, poor follow-through.
Shower door shattered without contact 2 years after install, cut my wife down her back.
When I called they insisted I had hit the door. The salesman told me a manager would call me back. Nobody called for 3 days. I had to call back again and start over with a new person.
After paying again, they told me install was out "a long time". Still don't know when they are coming to install. I've paid twice, have no shower door and a wife with a cut back.
Would not

After they were recommended by a friend, I called to get a price for a bath mirror and a shower door which was acceptable. I scheduled Customline to come measure immediately prior to production. They didn't come. I called them to inquire as to the status. They didn't call me back. No call back. I called them again. They didn't have any record of the measure appointment. They graciously offered to get out there right away (sometime the following week) and promised to "rush" the order to deliver in the next four weeks...for the bath mirror.
Wow! I told them that I would take my business elsewhere
