The technician was very friendly and professional. He was especially very patient with my dad when explaining what he was doing, how he was diagnosing the problem, how he came to the conclusions of what parts were bad and the options for fixing the AC.
He came to the conclusion that both control board and the blower fan was bad. The quote was a total of $1700+: $125 fee, ~$800 parts and labor for the control board and ~$800 parts and labor for the blower fan motor.

Our AC unit went out and the original installation company could not schedule an appointment for 10 days. I called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning at 9 am and the had a tech show up promptly at noon and serviced my AC unit in less than 45 min.
Jon was professional, clean and informative and my experience with the office and with Jon was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends...This is a true review and I am not affiliated with the company or any of their personnel.

VERY efficient!..... I called about an appointment for a new Central Air Unite. I had an appointment for an estimate, and a new unite installed in less then a week!.... they were not pushy about a sale as we already knew how much we could spend. they laid out the options available and we made a decision on what would work for us..that was it. they arrived a few days later and had it installed in a few hours...they were so efficient we were able to turn it on and enjoy our new unit before it even had a chance to get really hot outside! it was 90° that day... I can't recommend them enough!.....

These guys are professional, fast and reliable. We looked into multiple companies when it was clear we had to replace our AC unit. Advanced was the only one that provided clear and precise pricing with MULTIPLE options and price points. Turns out we had a small issue with our thermostat but one call and 12 hours later they had solved the issue at no charge.
