Mountain Tree Service Inc. is a family-owned business, founded in 2003 by Certified Arborist Dan Begley in Running Springs, California. Three certified arborists are on staff to ensure top quality work performed safely and efficiently. We provide a full span of professional tree care services for residential, commercial, and municipal customers from Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, and Big Bear.
We are frequently pulled down-the-hill to work in Redlands, Highlands, and San Bernardino and have answered the call to serve in communities from Ojai to Temecula to Desert Hot Springs. Mandatory weekly safety meetings cover every aspect of the industry and are often customized for a particular chore or job.

Throughout 2017, the worst year on record, fire burnt 1.4 million acres and destroyed or damaged more than 10,000 structures in California (destroyed 9,470, damaged 810), a higher tally than the previous nine years combined.

I had the opportunity to use Mountain Tree Service to remove a large oak tree that was almost parallel with the ground. Dan and his crew did a spectacular job. I would recommend them for any tree service you require. I feel that his pricing was very fair. Mountain Tree Service deserves the five stars.

I recently had the pleasure of having this great team work on my trees. What an amazing team, they worked together with such care and concern for each other and the property surrounding them.
