Day 2 of owning my new CX-9 we had to have it towed back to the dealership because it would not start or respond. Numerous error codes were sent to my mobile app as well. The service department cited a bad terminal battery and replaced it. That was alarming but things happen. Just recently while driving on the HWY the rear driver side fender trim flew off the car. No impact / no damage / the piece just flew off the car. Sounds crazy right? I certainly think so. Mazda service says its not covered without even looking at it! Adam Saseen was extremely easy to deal with and not your ordinary high pressure saleman. He worked with us and found us what we wanted. He also took the time to make sure the car was set up and my wife was familiar with our Mazda CX-5 GTR before we left the dealership.
Gregg Con was great to deal with when it came time to do the paperwork. He had everything put together and made sure we understood everything.

Unfortunately my experience at this dealership was VERY disappointing. Made an appointment to test drive a CX5 this week. I was very excited however my salesman was not. No smile, no enthusiasm (not even a little) and the test drive was quite awkward. He hardly explained anything to me. Okay, maybe just not his day. He gave me some numbers which I took with me and told him I wanted to get a deal done quickly.
After deciding I wanted to proceed with the deal, I email him with some last minute questions the next morning. I waited...and waited. Finally I called his number and caught him on his day

Simply great!! They are the best in town. Patrick was really nice and welcoming when we entered. We were wanting to see if they had any cx-5 Carbon Turbo editions. And even when they received the car on that same day just an hour before we got there. Patrick went above and beyond and bought out the car even when the car was still in wraps to show us. But the knowledge that Patrick has is simply great about cars. Great experience with Mike Rockwell. Gave me trade in dollars for my Subaru lease Forrester. Note: Subaru dealer was not going to give me anything for my lease. Mike let me test drive the CX30 and showed me the inside of Mazda CX-5. In the end I traded in leased Forrester for new turbo model Mazda 6. Mike did a super job of explaining all features and went into great detail on Mazda’s place in the luxury car market. Really impressed with the safety features. Especially blind spot detection and hologram on driver side windshield.
