This guy is a dirt bag. My brother rented a unit from him. One day my brother goes to check on it and the lock is cut and EVERYTHING is GONE. This is suppose to be a secured place with cameras and a security code to get in. When my brother talked to them they said they didn't have the surveillance tapes they don't keep them very long. They told my brother that a woman called and said he was moving out, he asked for the call recording, again couldn't provide it.
