Includes chlorine treatments, ph balancing, cleaning debris from skimmer baskets and pump baskets, brushing tile, walls and steps, skimming the surface water, vacuuming when needed and checking the equipment. He visited the properties quickly and gave us a referral for another vendor to make the type of repair needed that beyond his expertise instead of just trying to do the job himself. That was much appreciated. His response time was quick and thorough. We plan to change several of our pools over to Dan as he "tells it like it is" up front for both price and

I needed to close on a property and had to get pool repairs done fast. I contacted Dan and he assisted me right away. I was even out of town and wouldn't be around to inspect the job. Dan sourced the parts and got the repairs done the next day with reasonable pricing. Other pool services quoted more money and couldn't get the job completed next day. Cudos to Dan! Much appreciated!

Wish I could rate higher. Contacted Dan and he was extremely responsive and professional. He saved the day- he was able to fix the issue with my pool and I hired him to perform the monthly maintenance. He gave me more information regarding my pool in 15 mins then the previous company gave me in a year. He is very knowledgable. Great communication as well.

Didn't check either skim bucket for months. Do fake water testing to say the levels are regular while there's algae growing on the pool wall. Accused Leslies of scamming us when we got the water tested. Then when we called to ask for somebody to come down to check out why there was algae they were rude and made it seem as if it was our fault and were rude over the phone to my wife. Would give zero stars if possible i have no clue how this company has positive reviews.

I rent my house & the owner pays for the pool service. After having the same pool guy for approximately 6 years the realty company changed the pool services over to Corwin. I was given their contact information. I contacted Dan the owner to find out what day they were planning on coming & to give them the gate code & some information. Highly recommend. Answered my call, got out to my property the next day, and had everything assessed, inspected, and ready prior to me paying a dime or even meeting the guy.... even serviced it that day.....THE DAY AFTER I CALLED!
Very impressed overall. You can read the reviews of some individuals who complain that there was a leaf in the pool the day after it was serviced.... honestly entertaining seeing how pool and home 'ownership' is somehow 100% someone else responsibility...... Dan saved the day when I needed someone to clean my pool prior to moving out in a couple of days. He was able to have someone come that very day and drain our pool. He was quick to respond and got the job done. He kept in touch and kept me updated on the progress.
These days it's hard to trust companies as I've been screwed in the past but Corwin Pool Service was great and I would totally use them again. Thank you again!!

Long story short, corwin pool service let our pool build up algae, bottom was barely brushed, had to remind pool guy to vacuum the pool, brush the tiles. Pool never looked clean, tiles were always dirty. The best part is the owner, Dan. Owner has a condescending way of talking, simple conversations turn heated. Yes heated, on the owners end. Pretty unprofessional.
Also pictures were directly AFTER a cleaning, 5 mins after pool guy left!
This is what my pool that got service by Corwin Pools EVERY MONDAY look like, pissed with how much money was WASTED on this business.

No vacuuming, this is a leaf skimmer service only. In the last ten years the ONLY time I ever had mold in the pool, growth at the waterline was after hiring this company for the last 6 months. Long on excuses, long on extra charges for services that never materialize, short on the one thing I hired them for - a clean pool.

Great local service. Dan is very responsive and helpful with our spool. We bought a 3 yr old home from the original owners who also used his services and highly recommended for us to continue to use he and his company. We have never had a pool that is also a spa - spool! Pool equipment repair. If you need to repair any of your pool equipment this is the company you need to hire to do the work. Very professional, did the work as promised, on time, great price, and extremely responsive. I’d give them 6 stars out of 5 because they are that good. After having a house in Vegas with a pool for over 15 years I've learned the value of a good pool service. After going through a few bad ones I finally found a great one. I've been using their service for a little over a year and never had any issues. They're always here when they're supposed to be. Very respectful of my time and property.
