This guy was contracted by my warranty company. He told them that he couldn't reach me, yet I never received a single phone call, text or email. When I tried to call him, there was no voice mail. After a couple of weeks, I finally reached him and his response was, "I'm driving, so I have to call you back." It shouldn't take a month to even come look at a dishwasher.

Called yesterday for a drier repair. Vlad gave me an 2 hour window (11-1) for today! I was grateful he could work me in. His trip fee was $10 lower then everywhere else, which was enough for me to feel as if I was getting a great deal from the start. He got here right at 11!!! I was shocked, as that rarely happens. It took him less then 45 minutes to assess the damage, quote me, and repair. He had asked the right questions in our phone call yesterday, so he had the part on hand which was amazing. He also showed me Blue Book for the part/repair and quote a very fair price from that. Plus, his $50

He replaced a less expensive part before a more expensive part - rather than going for the expensive fix!! Very honest and we appreciate it. I would call him for any appliace problem.

Great service and very fast! A very nice gentleman diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator over the phone, picked up the parts and came within an hour and fixed it very quickly. My wife's family called him and he fixed their washer very quickly as well. Definitely recommend to anyone with home appliance issues or concerns!!

Highly recommend!!!! The refrigerator in my rental property was leaking and needed to be fixed as soon as possible and to complicate the matter further I live in another state. A close friend of mine recommended this company as she has a good experience several months back. Had a very positive experience. The owner, Vlad, is definitely one of the most honest technicians I have met. I recently moved to DC and started renting out my condo in Thornton. Being an inexperienced landlord I have been ripped off a few times now. Recently, the renter called and said the washer was leaking and partially flooded the floor. I called a few places that I found on yelp but they started to nickle-and-dime me straight from the get-go. When I called VP Appliance, a middle aged man with a Slavic accent answered the phone and explained to me that most likely it was a loose hose connection
