After leaving his position as VP of a construction firm in Washington DC, Bryan Weldon started Old Dominion Custom Homes with the idea of bringing new visions to an old industry. Earlier in his career, he worked for several large retailers building their commercial stores. He also had the opportunity to build several government projects; including a courthouse, airport and senior center.
We have developed a completely new system that controls how the Contractor and Client work together. Using technology to streamline the process, we have removed many of the reasons why building a new home is so stressful for homeowners. We have also reworked the standard builder homeowner contract from top to bottom.
