Bold construction knows exactly how to keep things modern and sleek. I’m always amazed at their creativity and execution. But the best is the fact that they are a family oriented business and huge supporters of the surrounding community. Visited their office and no one had information available on hand about their building process. This I learned after a 10min wait because no one was at the front desk. I’ve heard from corresponding friends in Governors Village that Bold has lost at least six employees in the past couple of months. If they aren’t prepared or have a knowledgeable person on staff and have their employees running for the door then I wouldn’t recommend Bold to build anything.

I have been working with Jason Dell and Bold with a client who is buying a lot in Governors Club and looking to build a home in the next few years. I just wanted to say I have been so impressed with the care… and consideration Jason has given to this client. Building a house from scratch can be daunting and we had our challenges!. But, using boating analogies: Having Jason as the Captain , Beau as his First Mate and Anna as the Cruise Director, it was smooth sailing! I found the best builder and team and thankfully, since I am a very busy person, all I had to do is pick them! This wasn't my first house that I have built from the ground up, so I have dealt with other builders, and BOLD is at the top of my list of The Best!
